Can I combine multiple orders?

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to combine multiple orders. This allows us to process orders as quick as possible and in the order they were received to keep it fair to all of our amazing customers.

When Will My Order Ship?

All orders are processed in the order in which they were received. Our current turn around time is 2-3 weeks (business days.) This means your order will ship no later than 21 BUSINESS days after your order was placed, however we always strive to ship as soon as possible. 

How Long Does Shipping Take?

All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail which has an average delivery of 2 to 7 business days in the US. Business days DO NOT include weekends. Please understand that I cannot guarantee shipping times and once a package leaves my hands it is out of my control. I provide tracking numbers for all orders so you can track your items progress to you.  Sometimes the Post Office does not scan packages at each stop, this is also out of my control.

My shipping address is wrong, what do I do?
All orders must be shipped to the address given at checkout. I will no longer change addresses in order to better protect my customers and myself. If your address is incorrect I will cancel and refund your order so that you may reorder with the correct address.

Any orders that are returned to me because an incorrect address on the customers end can be reshipped, however customer will be responsible for 2nd shipping fee.

Can I cancel my order?
1. Orders can ONLY be cancelled within the first 24 hours after being placed.
2. Once the initial 24 hour period has been passed, order cancellations ARE NOT ALLOWED! NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ALLOWED DURING LARGE SCALE SALES. NO EXCEPTIONS!  

4. NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ALLOWED DURING PRE-SALE PERIODS FOR STICKER ALBUM COLLECTIONS! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Where are my samplers?
**Pegatina Plans sampler policy in affect for 2018.**
A current shop sampler is added to any order placed on the website, you can check our social media accounts for more info.
PR samplers are added to orders when the corresponding PR code is used at the time of purchase.

If a PR code is used and the order total is UNDER $10 AFTER the code, ONLY the PR sampler will be added. Shop samplers and PR samplers will not be combined for orders totaling under $10 minimum. 

Custom Orders:
We require upfront payment on all custom orders. Custom orders also require a minimum of $20 purchase from the shop. I do not accept custom orders during large sales, EVER. If you leave me a note in your order to change something without contacting me first I will send your items as shown in the listing. Custom Orders CANNOT be exchanged and no refunds are given on custom orders. I send a approval photo for all custom orders before they ship. Thank you for understanding.

Materials: 
We use a high quality printer and smooth matte sticker paper.

Our paper is often referred to as "unicorn" paper.
